If you do not have your order number, please call 301.986.8800 for assistance Monday through Friday, 8:00 am until 6:30 pm. To order a EMB-Collection catalog, please enter your name and address and we will promptly send you our latest Mercedes-Benz Accessories catalog.
Delivery Information
Shipping and Processing
Most purchases are shipped from our warehouses to arrive within five business days of receipt of the order. If there is a delay, we will notify you by mail or email. Some items may take longer and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Some heavy or oversized items cannot be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states. For customers wishing to ship orders to US Territories, APO or FPO addresses via Parcel Post, please call us at 301.986.8800. We regret that we cannot ship to foreign countries.
Returns
At the EMB-Collection, we take great pride in the quality of Mercedes-Benz products. We place utmost priority on product quality and inspect your order prior to shipment. When you receive your purchase, please inspect it to ensure that it has not been damaged in transit or is damaged in any other manner. If your purchase is damaged or flawed, please contact us right away for a prompt replacement. We cannot accept returns on items with normal wear and tear.
You can return the defective or damaged merchandise up to 30 days through the mail for a refund or replacement. You pay the cost of shipping for returns.
